FAQ

What do I get from my event?

There is no limit to what we capture. Every event is different. Some are fast, some are mellow. There is no meaning to put a random number to it. Rather, we capture all the important moments, and curate it into a beautiful story for you.

How many photographers do I need?

It depends on how many guests you are having, scheduled events, and the size of your venue. One photographer can cover 300+ guests. Some want more detail and angles, and choose to have two photographers to cover 100 guests. We’ll plan with you on the best way to get the results you want.

What’s included in the basic package?

Our basic coverage includes discreet capture of your event, and photographs edited for light and color. These are delivered to you digitally. We also include a Bonus Custom Mobile App so you can easily share your milestone with friends. Also included are two optional Bonus Ornaments. You also have special event pricing for any other print products we do.

Do you take video as well?

Yes we can! Discuss with us your ideas and we’ll let you know what’s possible.

Can we create print products from our event?

Yes, you have access to all our print products from our portrait range. There are special packages available to you, ask us when you enquire.

Bonus Custom Mobile App

Your friends are going to all bug you for the pics. Will you email them one by one? Will you post out USB sticks? It’s all too much trouble!

A Custom Mobile App contains the whole event and you’ll never have to worry about auntie emailing you a year later saying she lost the photos.

It works on all modern phones and tablets, and doesn’t hog your storage space! A $280 value, it’s all included in your package.

Try out our sample mobile app. Simply fill in your email and you’ll get instructions how to check it out. The app is easily removed once you are finished with it.

Custom Mobile Apps are live for 5 years after the event unless extended.

Bonus Ornaments

Also included in your package are two Ornaments.

Valued at $30 each, they can be hung up in your home or car as a beautiful reminder of this special occasion.
