Everly’s 1st Birthday Party Sydney Event Photography
Little Everly was turning one! It’s a big event in all cultures but especially Chinese culture, and calls for a huge celebration. Her parents booked a private room at Open Kitchen He Tai Yum Cha at Macquarie Park in Sydney to celebrate with close friends.
It was a big event, and extended family traveled from interstate and overseas to come together for this big celebration. In our busy lives today it was a rare event for everyone to be present to have a meal together. It was amazingly dark inside the restaurant, with only a few spotlights from the high ceiling. However, by utilising extra lighting we were able to capture the mood and events of the day beautifully. From people catching up face to face for the first time in months, to grandparents visiting from overseas to see their grandchildren all grown up. The guests enjoyed a grand seafood feast, including a crowning crab dish.
We had a beautiful cake with a little monkey representing Everly’s Chinese Zodiac animal. All her friends, family, sister, and cousins had a great time!
